I mean really? are guys so oblivious to how much they can pay attention to a video game and totally ignore their gf's thinking....It isn't a big deal?
I mean sure, it seems like the natural thing for a "GUY" to do, spend so much time trapped in their games, but i don't like how being a "GUY" is now just a excuse for everything...and how girl's also just use that as a lame excuse for them to do whatever they want, like "oh don't mind it, he's a guy, it's just a guy thing".
I know i can't be the only one who feels like they aren't being payed attention to, because a game took their place. sounds ridiculous, but i bet if you Google this shit, a lot of females got the same issue going on. And it's not because i'm trying to be dramatic, i actually felt unbelievably HURT by this....
I really don't feel like it's necessary for me to go out of my way to get attention, and get blamed for non communication, when i already had this very conversation. I mean, for someone to not notice you are there until they are done with their crap, is a little bit hurtful...especially after many hours of neglect. OH, but it's my fault? Because i didn't get up to nudge you on you're shoulder, i may have not gotten up..but it's not like me calling your name across the room got any response.
Bottom line: it's not being dramatic....
something small to you, could mean a lot more to someone else...But you just wouldn't even realize it sometimes, so be careful of what you do, it could really be effecting someone.
